Please contact Chinnie Boutique or USPS right away, within 2 days of delivery, with concerns about an order. We consider packages late 15 days after the expected delivery.
Returns on custom, discount, or sale items are not accepted.
Accepted Returns:
If you have received the wrong order by mistake or an incorrect item, please contact us at Chinnieboutique@gmail.com.
If you have received an item you believe is damaged due to the postal carrier’s negligence, please contact your local post office and submit a claim with the carrier. “Standard Shipping” and “Ground” items are not covered by insurance, and will not be refunded/replaced.
If you have received an item you believe is defective, please contact us at Chinnieboutique@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to help resolve this issue.
Refunds/Replacement:
If you believe you have received an item that is damaged/defective due to craftsmanship please contact us at Chinnieboutique@gmail.com so we can help resolve this issue. Items may be replaced with the same item, an item of equal value, or you may be issued a refund for this damaged item.
Premade, Sale, and Discount items are sold AS-IS and are final sale.
Items marked “delivered” by the postal carrier are considered to be delivered and completed. Orders marked “delivered” to an old or incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout are ineligible for a refund or replacement.
Missing / Stolen Packages:
If you believe you are the victim of mail theft, please reach out to your local authorities and postal office to submit a formal report. Chinnie Boutique reserves the right to review these documents and determine their validity in consideration of a refund/replacement at their sole discretion.
Cancellations:
No Order Cancellations: Once an order is placed and payment is processed, we do not entertain order cancellations under normal circumstances. This policy is in place to maintain the streamlined operation of our small business and fulfill orders promptly.
Double-check Before Ordering: We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before completing the purchase. Ensure that the items, quantities, and shipping details are accurate. In the event of any concerns or questions, please reach out to our customer support before finalizing your order.
Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy will only be considered in rare and extenuating circumstances. Customers facing such situations are encouraged to contact our customer support team at [Customer Support Email/Phone] as soon as possible. Each exception will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. In the event an exception is granted, items are required to be returned at the expense of the customer.
Refund Policy: In the event of issues with the received products or services, our standard refund policy will apply. Please refer to our refund policy for detailed information on how to request a refund.

Insurance Claims:
If you have purchased insurance on your order ( Priority mail, express mail packages only) and it has not arrived 15 days after the expected delivery date or has arrived damaged, please reach out to us at Chinnieboutique@gmail.com. We will assist you with a claim.
Uninsured packages are ineligible for a refund or replacement due to theft, damage, or loss. ( USPS Ground, Standard Shipping, First Class )
To be eligible for an insurance claim the buyer must:
Have selected a shipping option that includes insurance ( USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail ) at the time of purchase.
Report damaged items within 2 days of delivery.
Report missing packages within 15 days after the expected delivery date.
Document & save all damaged items, notices, official forms, and packaging for inspection by Chinnie Boutique and the Postal Master.
Provide photos of damaged items, packaging, notices & the full shipping label OR provide a copy of the submitted police report for theft.
Refunds/Replacements will not be granted if the above information is not provided within 3 days of the request.
Please note: - Carrier inspections and insurance claims may take 5-7 days to review & and additional 5-7 days to reimburse. Once the investigation is complete, please allow 2-3 business days for me to process your refund / prepare your replacement order.
Shipping Information
Defining Shipping:
Shipping is calculated based on the size/weight of your order and a small % to cover the cost of shipping materials and supplies.
Chinnie Boutique Ships within 3-5 business days of an order being placed unless the order is placed for Express Mail. For Express delivery please contact us through email. Express Mail is taken the following business day. Business days are Monday - Friday excluding all holidays.
Emergency Cones
When purchasing emergency cones, you, the customer understand it is not a TOY or Accessory. You have a responsibility to contact your exotic veterinarian and seek their guidance before using an emergency cone. Using an emergency cone is not a substitute for immediate medical care or advice from a licensed professional. Chinnie Boutique is NOT a licensed vet. You must understand the need to supervise your pet while using an emergency cone. Your pet should be in a small single-level carrier while wearing a cone. You must understand that you will be assuming all risk and liability when using this item.
